Where can I ride my WATV? The City of Oak Harbor adopted Ordinance 2013 on December 3, 2024, allowing the Operation of WATV's (Wheeled All-Terrain Vehicles), on city maintained streets and roads. Highway 20 is not a legal street to operate on. A WATV may not be operated in any city park except in paved parking areas. The City does not regulate Navy Streets, if you are a member of the community living or working aboard NAS Whidbey Island, Ault Field or Seaplane Base, please check with the appropriate Navy authority.
