Hal Ramaley Park is a 0.5-acre community park located between Windjammer Park and Oak Harbor’s downtown district. The park features seasonal garden displays maintained by the Oak Harbor Garden Club. Imagine Food Forest is located on the west side of the park and includes multiple food bearing trees and plants available for the public to utilize.
