The City of Oak Harbor is informing utility bill customers about their 2024 utility rates in their October utility bills. Utility customers will notice a bill insert in their October bill. The folded insert provides information about upcoming 2024 Utility Rates that will take effect on December 20, 2023.
There is some good news for utility customers! The rates for sewer, storm drain, and water will not change in 2024.
