Located next to The Roller Barn in Oak Harbor, Neil Water Tower is a historic landmark. Sitting on 0.25 acres, this facility was donated to the city in 1993 by the Oak Harbor Historical Society. Originally built in 1910 as a water tower for a farm owned by James Neil, this 50-foot structure is a unique architectural feature and is listed on Oak Harbor’s historic register.
