Consumer Confidence Report
The U.S. Congress, in its 1996 reauthorization of the Safe Drinking Water Act, directed the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to require public water systems to report annually on the quality of drinking water they provide. The City of Oak Harbor supports this regulation and is providing this water quality report to our customers. The City receives 99% of its water from the City of Anacortes Water Treatment Plant, and no further treatment is required other than fluoridation.
The report informs the customer of the previous year's water quality testing and findings.
