The Center has many room options available for rent, including a commercial kitchen, multipurpose room with stage, conference room, and more.

Submit a rental request online or download, complete and return the Senior Center Rental Application (PDF) with payment to The Center.

Tenant User Liability Insurance

Tenant User Liability Insurance is required for event rentals.

One option for insurance for an event at The Center is the Tenant User Liability Insurance Policy (TULIP) / Event Insurance. The TULIP program is offered by The Center in Oak Harbor as a member of the Washington Cities Insurance Authority member.

To obtain a quote or purchase insurance from Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions (formerly named OneBeacon):

  1. Visit the Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions website for a quote.
  2. Enter The Center in Oak Harbor Venue ID Code into the two boxes: 0465 - 666.
  3. Answer questions about the event.
  4. Click on "Get Quote" for the cost of the insurance.
  5. To purchase insurance, fill in the contact information for the tenant user and the insurance policy (the individual purchasing the coverage).
  6. Review that the information has been filled out correctly.
  7. Click the Agree and Accept boxes (after viewing the Refund Policy and Insurance Contract), and then click complete.
  8. Review the summary of coverage and charges and then click Purchase Coverage.
  9. Fill out the payment information and click Continue to Payment Page.
  10. Once the payment clears, you will be emailed an insurance certificate and binder.

Please provide the insurance certificate to staff at The Center.

Cancel a Purchase

To cancel a purchase, either call Intact or click on the "Cancel Your Insurance" link found at the bottom of Intact's website (visible after doing step 3 listed previously).
